Welcome to the era of Composable Finance. Less than a fortnight ago, we secured our slot in the Kusama parachain auction — an epoch event for the Picasso network.

We would not have been able to secure the 13th Kusama parachain auction slot for Picasso if not for your resounding support. You, our community, staked more than 115,000 KSM and today, Picasso is realized! We do not take this lightly. Our unrelenting community is a crucial part of our ecosystem, and we want to take this opportunity to show our gratitude and engage more closely with all of you.

Introducing the Composable Finance Ambassador Program

Now, we are super pumped to announce the imminent launch of our carefully crafted ambassador program. Our ethos is innovation through collaboration, hence we consider this a golden opportunity for the Composable team and community to join forces and synergise for the greater good. We are leaving no stone unturned; it promises to be an ecosystem-wide push to support developers and regular network users.

As an ambassador, you will participate in the process of generating knowledge and community building — a continuum of our grant initiative and the Composable Labs incubation program.

Everyday users, crypto experts, and DeFi idealists can synergise with us through the Ambassador program. From those with advanced cryptography knowledge to savvy social media users we want YOU Come build an interoperable DeFiverse with us and enjoy amazing incentives for your efforts.

Calling all Composers

Are you dedicated to building composability and interoperability on the blockchain? Are you passionate about a multi-chain, multi-layer future? Do you have the ability to bring real skills and value to the Composable ecosystem? If you answered yes, then it would be our honour to welcome you onboard as one of our ambassadors.

This initiative will help build an impact-driven cadre of crypto experts and passionate users who contribute to the Composable ecosystem. Ambassadors will support the Composable team and community in a variety of roles — working with our product suite and reaching out to the community. In return, ambassadors will gain valuable experience and networking opportunities alongside access to our rewards system.

Who are we looking for?

We are accepting applications from anyone who believes they can help grow Composable Finance. Whether you have top-notch technical skills, an engaged community of your own, or a knack for long-form video editing — Composable can use all the help you are willing to offer.

What will your role be as a Ambassador?

As an ambassador, you are expected to contribute to Composable Finance in some way, technical or non-technical. Depending on your experience, you will be able to provide support for key growth areas within Composable like:

Translate Composable materials and blog posts
Test Composable ecosystem’s products and latest features
Attend community events as Composable ambassadors
Facilitate AMAs for Composable (reach out and brainstorm questions)
Set up business development calls between Composable and potential partners
Identify opportunities for the growth of the Composable ecosystem
Generate consistent engagement on social media
Set up collaborations with influencers in the cryptosphere
Create high-quality, long-form content for Composable, including videos, podcasts, and articles
Create threads, memes and infographics
Host local events or meet-ups to build the Composable community

Rewards Structure

As an ambassador, you will receive support from the Composable team, and gain access to a wide-ranging network. We will connect you with Composable staff members and the entire community management team. You will receive exclusive rewards and incentives based on a bounty program, including Composable merch, NFTs and more. Furthermore, you will get the first look at product releases and important publications.

We will also compensate you in crypto bonuses based on a reward structure. Smaller tasks, like social media contributions, will be compensated monthly, while one-off tasks will be paid per contribution. This reward will be given to those who have garnered the most engagement or completed the most high-level tasks. For exceptionally high-value connections or submissions, we can evaluate collectively.

Successful submissions will be of the highest quality. For media submissions, we will accept pieces which require minimal editing, contain high production value, represent Composable Finance’s product and values, and reach high engagement within the community. For community building initiatives, we require minimum attendance standards and proof that the meeting or event occurred. The Composable team will review all submissions and incorporate transparency to the fullest possible extent.
