Dear Community,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all of the time, effort, resources, and faith that the community has put into our shared mission. We are honored that so many of you have shared in and supported our vision of a more unified DeFi space.

We have made and continue to make difficult decisions regarding personnel, but believe that we have the necessary resources and team in place to continue making progress toward our vision and building our products.

We look forward to continuing to work with all of you to build a better, more connected, and trustless DeFi future.

As we continue to drive Composable forward along this mission, we would like to reiterate Composable’s commitment to the following core objectives:

1. Executing upon our roadmap of trustless bridging and composability:

From day 1, this has been our focus. To achieve this, our present priorities for product are:

  • Focusing on the KSM/DOT bridge (Centauri) and our Cosmos IBC components.
  • Adding collators to the set to allow collators to now begin collating.
  • Building out a plan for public democracy of our networks.
  • Finalizing our oracle, with the goal of launching before the end of Q1.

We are currently in the process of putting together three updates for the community:

  • An updated roadmap that highlights key milestones across our product lines to cover the long-term vision.
  • An update on the further release schedule of Pablo / Picasso (specifically Release 3) to highlight any adjustments to our short-term development goals and plans.
  • Re-introduction of bi-weekly Dev Logs to increase transparency in our progress towards completing these milestones.

2. Delivering decentralization:

Our vision has been to position Composable as a fully decentralized organization and protocol with LAYR and PICA being the utility tokens to empower the functionality of trustless composability. For the protocol to evolve into its end-state we are in the process of launching the Composable Foundation and moving towards full decentralization for the protocol, the various technologies our community is building, and our independent governance.

The Foundation’s goal is to support Composable’s overall mission to enhance interoperability in DeFi to advance the space and bring it to mainstream use. The Foundation specifically aims to do this by supporting Composable’s community and our technology that users leverage, managing, through an independent governance board the treasury in a manner that seeks to support the maintenance and preservation of the technological infrastructure and promote decisions and actions that are in alignment with the Foundation’s core purposes.

3. Supporting all of our partners to bring forth our unified vision:

Composable remains committed to our collaborators and we are so pleased to be working with various innovators in this space across so many major ecosystems. Our collaborators and supporters have voiced their continued support and we are excited to share some news regarding new progress in our Centauri testnet, new collaborators, and joint-innovation efforts very soon.

We sincerely appreciate the continued stakeholder support of our shared mission.

We look forward to continuing to work with all of you to build a better, more connected, and trustless DeFi future.
